Online repair for leaking flange

REFLANGEKiT^® SF6 is a leak sealing technique for flanges that can be applied in equipments online and under pressure.

This patented concept has been designed, developed and tested in partnership with EDF R&D (Electricity Supplier, FRANCE). Approved by EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute, USA), it has been successfully applied on many substations (National Grid, Rte, Duke Energy, PSEG …).

REFLANGEKiT^® Concept

Based on a double shell concept, the system protects flange and bolts during resin injection and disassembly. An exhaust valve allows the gas getting out during resin injection. After overnight curing of resin, the valve is closed and sealed.
